Role Description

To Assist the Chief Information Officer in setting up, maintain, configure and perform training of Hospital ERP systems in lieu with organization as well as internationally accepted standards and policies.

• Routine monitoring ERP to be operational, gathering requests from end users and as per the approval either configure the system accordingly or escalate to Senior Applications Specialist or Outsourced ERP support.
• Taking care of issues raised by the end users, based on priorities supporting department’s KPIs.
• Complete tasks allocated by Senior Management of the Department within the specified timeline and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Verifiable status of being SAP S/4 HANA Certified Associate.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA as Finance functional consultant, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP.
• Healthcare industry related experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report.
• Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules e.g., MM, SCM, DMS, SuccessFactors, SAC etc.
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions.
• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.

• Preferably available to join immediately.
• Candidate MUST have their own Laptop and strong internet connectivity as this role is mainly ONLINE.
• CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED in EGYPT.
• Support in Dubai office.
• WE ONLY Accept Applicants based outside UAE.
