[Hiring] SAP Commerce/Hybris Support Engineer @NTT DATA

Role Description

We are currently seeking a SAP Commerce/Hybris Support Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada.

In this Support Engineer role, provide technical support for SAP Commerce (Hybris) platforms. This includes:

• Troubleshooting storefront issues
• Resolving performance bottlenecks
• Stabilizing integrations
• Monitoring cloud environments
• Supporting global eCommerce operations

• Troubleshoot storefront, Backoffice, OCC API, and SmartEdit issues.
• Handle incident tickets, perform impact analysis, and provide permanent fixes.
• Support SAP Commerce deployments, environment maintenance, and patches.
• Monitor application logs, JVM performance, caches, and Solr search availability.
• Identify and resolve issues related to clustering, load balancing, and database performance.
• Troubleshoot integrations with S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
• Validate API payloads (JSON/XML), fix sync problems, and resolve data flow failures.
• Monitor cloud deployments (SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release deployments.
• Work with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Participate in problem management, preparing RCA reports and preventive action plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Commerce/Hybris support or development experience.
• 8+ years of strong Java/Spring and REST API debugging skills.
• 8+ years of experience with Solr, caching layers, CDN troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of knowledge of SAP integrations and data models.
