Role Description

The Manager, Enterprise Systems is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the administration and integration of enterprise systems. This position involves managing a team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support business objectives and drive technological advancements.

• Lead and manage the enterprise systems and integrations team to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of enterprise systems.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including Salesforce, CPQ and RightRev.
• Ensure the alignment of enterprise systems initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in system administration and integration practices and processes.
• Manage the performance and development of team members, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in system administration and integration.
• Ensure the security and compliance of enterprise systems and technologies.
• Develop and manage budgets for enterprise systems and integrations initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to enterprise systems and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in enterprise systems and technologies.
• Perform all other duties and activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems administration principles and best practices.
• Experience with enterprise systems and solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
