Role Description

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce lead /Architect Workflow Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and modern AI-assisted engineering tools. The ideal candidate should be highly self-sufficient, capable of working with minimal guidance, and able to contribute significantly to system design, architecture decisions, and development best practices.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work extensively on Salesforce workflows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Contribute to overall system architecture, technical design, and solution strategy.
• Develop reusable, high-quality, and scalable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Perform code reviews, technical assessments, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Workflow Development.
• Apex.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations).
• Experience in Salesforce architecture and system design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Experience working with AI coding/tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Ability to work independently with limited context and drive technical solutions end-to-end.

• Strong code review and technical assessment capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
