Role Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team. This role involves:

• Designing, coding, debugging, testing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud applications.
• Integrating third-party vendor software.
• Providing both functional and technical support.
• Collaborating with departmental resources.
• Driving new business process implementations.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, supporting, and testing vendor-supplied software packages for compatibility with existing systems.
• Researching and understanding the setup and functionality of available software modules, recommending process changes for better utilization.
• Assisting in planning and modifying Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.
• Designing UI and workflows according to business needs.
• Analyzing, designing, and developing code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.
• Converting logical designs into program code and participating in code reviews.
• Serving as a resource and providing escalation assistance to entry-level developers.
• Providing daily support to end-users with system issues and performing debugging tasks.
• Coordinating communication between departments for seamless application functionality.
• Developing and conducting system and program testing, ensuring necessary code revisions are made.
• Preparing technical reports and instructional manuals for program development documentation.
• Participating in Agile Project Management activities, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Providing on-call support and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
• 5+ years of general application development and support experience.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps toolset.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience in an agile environment using tools like Jira.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of general application development and support experience (preferred).
• 4 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics (preferred).
• Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems (preferred).
• Strong team-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment (preferred).
