[Hiring] Salesforce Engineering Lead - Sales, CPQ & Revenue Operations @Zensar

Role Description

• Lead global Salesforce engineering teams to deliver project milestones for CPQ, Order Management and Billing.
• Improve engineering KPIs, focusing on platform performance and delivery efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding engineers and overseeing CPQ/OM/Billing solution delivery.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for Salesforce development, QA, and release management.
• Propose budgets and resource plans for Salesforce programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder syncs and progress reviews for alignment.
• Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and drive engineering standards.
• Define and track OKRs/KPIs (e.g., CPQ accuracy, Billing automation efficiency).
• Ensure quality, security, and performance across Salesforce implementations.
• Develop Salesforce roadmaps and long-term improvements for CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
