Role Description

Iterable’s RevOps team is looking for a Salesforce Developer to provide operational support to help grow our business worldwide. The core focus of the role is scaling and maintaining our GTM systems. You will help with admin tools and support end users using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, CPQ, Gearset, LeanData, and Chili Piper. You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Systems. This is an opportunity to get broad exposure to our GTM tech stack and scale our systems and processes.

You’ll get to:

• Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, and other Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Partnership, BI and Customer Success technologies.
• Work on requirements and Salesforce elements, and document technical specifications and the associated test cases.
• Suggest and architect administrative solutions that reduce overall maintenance and support of assigned applications, and ensure solutions are scalable and in line with best practices.
• Support our existing GTM tools and drive increased adoption across the team.
• Manage reports and dashboards structure, both ad-hoc and for strategic initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Lifecycle Management processes, including CPQ, product catalog, order management, billing, contracts, and revenue recognition.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Quote-to-Cash products, staying current with new releases, roadmap plans, and best practices.
• Own, create, and maintain both internal and external documentation.
• Support end-users of the Salesforce platform and integrated tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business and tool owners to provide support and updates to systems and processes.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and improving system processes.
• Maintain and improve data cleanliness.
• Build and maintain the architecture of our GTM technologies, including managing the efficiency, usage, and consolidation of those technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience using the following in Salesforce: APEX, LWC, flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and bulk data load utilities (e.g., Data Loader).
• Hands-on programming/custom coding experience with Salesforce platform, requiring LWC and Apex.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, including how OWDs, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets impact visibility and editing.
• Understanding of how to manage, troubleshoot, and integrate tools into Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills and ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Interest in and ability to learn how to administer new tools.

Requirements

• Experience administering Salesforce for an instance supporting 500+ users.
• Knowledge of administering Outreach or Chili Piper.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Senior Certified Administrator.
• Platform Developer I.
• Trailhead Profile.
• Hands-on Experience with Apex.
• Experience providing support to an SFDC instance in a hyper-growth SaaS company.

Benefits

• The US salary range for this position at the start of employment is an annual base salary of $114,500 - $179,000.
• The total compensation package also includes equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
