Role Description

As a Salesforce Developer at Confluent Health, LLC, you will play a key role in the development, administration and integration of Salesforce and allied platforms. You will leverage your experience to deliver necessary implementations and optimizations, ensuring that our systems meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

• Administer and optimize Salesforce environments, including user setup, security controls, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access models.
• Design and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Customize and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning apps to support evolving operational requirements.
• Ensure data integrity through governance, deduplication, cleansing, and structured reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, monitoring API performance and resolving errors proactively.
• Lead user enablement, including training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to maximize platform ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Must hold Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Application Architect.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration and integrations.
• A Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required for this role.
