Role Description

Sabot Consulting is seeking a Sagitec Neospin Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of pension administration solutions built on the Sagitec Neospin Framework. This role will contribute to ongoing modernization and enhancement efforts for complex pension systems, supporting mission‑critical functionality and high‑volume production environments while aligning with client standards and delivery timelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain application components using the Sagitec Neospin Framework and Sagitec Studio (S3).
• Work within complex pension solution coding frameworks to identify, correct, test, and check in code fixes.
• Develop and enhance C#/.NET and SQL‑based components supporting pension administration functionality.
• Analyze existing codebases to troubleshoot defects, implement enhancements, and support system stability.
• Write, review, and optimize large and complex SQL queries that interact with production‑level pension data.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment efforts in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Ensure development work aligns with established coding standards, security requirements, and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with the Sagitec Neospin Framework and Sagitec Studio (S3).
• Experience working in complex pension solution coding frameworks, including identifying, correcting, and checking code fixes.
• 5–10 years of C#/.NET and SQL development experience, including production‑grade application support.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and writing SQL queries that support high‑volume, mission‑critical systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in structured development environments.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or working within a Pension oriented business environment.
• Preferably, 5–10 years of development experience specifically within:
  • The Neospin Framework / Sagitec Studio (S3), or
  • Pension or retirement system–related application development.
• Experience writing and optimizing large, complex SQL queries that directly impact production data.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
