Role Description

Lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions across enterprise functions and architect scalable, modular systems using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, and emerging Agentic frameworks.

• Drive end-to-end program execution, including solution design, governance, and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and business impact realization
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement across pods and delivery teams
• Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on AI-first automation strategies and operational excellence
• Ensure alignment with business goals through value-centric storytelling and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Good experience in UiPath Development End to End, Re-Framework
• Experience with different automation (Web, Desktop, PDF, Excel, SAP, API)
• Aware of latest UiPath features, Orchestrator
• Knowledge of Agentic Automation; hands-on experience is a plus
• Check for logical and analytical skills
• Good to have: Power Automate experience
