Role Description

We're looking for an experienced RPA Engineer to join our automation team. In this role, you'll:

• Work closely with departments such as Casino, AML, Finance, and Tech to understand automation needs.
• Design, build, and deploy RPA and Python-based automation solutions that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and handover materials for every solution delivered.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Own end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions, from design through to production deployment.
• Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in plain, accessible language.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live RPA bots to ensure stable, ongoing operation.
• Keep up to date with developments in automation and AI tooling, and apply them where useful.
• Perform any other task or responsibility that may be related and/or connected to the role of RPA Engineer.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' hands-on experience building RPA solutions with UiPath.
• Proven ability to design automation pipelines connecting multiple systems — extracting, processing, and integrating data with existing codebases (Python, Java, PHP).
• Experience deploying and supporting UiPath solutions in a live production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs.
• Solid QA testing background, automated or manual.
• At least 2 years' experience with Python automation, including APIs and Selenium.
• Comfortable analysing data with Python (e.g. pandas) — desirable but not essential.
• Practical experience using AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Ability to maintain and update RPA scripts on an ongoing basis.
• Experience integrating RPA workflows with Python via APIs.
• Working knowledge of C#, Java, or PHP for troubleshooting and bug fixes — nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in agile environments, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• UiPath certification — nice to have.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field — nice to have.
