Role Description

The Robotic Process Automation Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports RPA solutions that automate business processes and reduce manual processing. This role works closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand process flows, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable automated solutions.

• Builds and maintains automation workflows.
• Supports related database and API integrations.
• Enhances existing automations and develops new RPA solutions as business requirements evolve.
• Contributes to project planning, testing, documentation, and regular status reporting within an Agile operating environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Hands-on experience developing attended and unattended automations.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies, including development of technical specifications.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages, including Python, C#, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or VBScript.
• Knowledge of SQL for data handling and storage.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and the Document Object Model for web automation.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of business process management, process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, and automation opportunity identification.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a 6C Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a PIV-I card.
• PIV-I cards must be picked up in person, which may require travel by car, train, or plane to a designated location.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification.
• UiPath or other RPA-related certification.
• High-level familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation documentation.
