[Hiring] React/AWS (IDP) Front End Developer @TEKsystems

<p><strong style="font-family:serif;"><em>Description</em></strong><p><span style="font-family:serif;">The IDP Frontend Developer is a technical role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based solutions and accelerators to support consulting and delivery projects or programs. This individual will work closely with architects and delivery teams to develop robust, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on AWS that drive value for clients and align with enterprise modernization objectives. The role focuses on hands-on technical tasks and solution engineering, with minimal delivery support responsibilities. This role may require occasional travel, such as a kickoff week for a long engagement.</span><p><strong style="font-family:serif;"><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Deep experience building React applications to work with AWS serverless backends.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Experience with various user authentication methods and handling tokens for backend service calls.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python (the ability to write your own tests and build scripts).</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Experience with source code management tools, preferably GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Hands-on experience with writing applications for multiple AWS compute environments, including server-based (EC2), containers (ECS, EKS), and serverless (Lambda)</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Understanding of observability tools and implementing monitoring solutions in AWS environments.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Strong knowledge of IAM integration and application security requirements in cloud environments.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Experience with cloud native application architectures, including containers, microservices, service discovery, communication patterns, and security.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• A basic understanding of the AWS services that support modern cloud native applications, such as API gateways, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and RDS.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to real-world problems.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Receive requirements from architects and translate solution patterns into high-quality, maintainable code.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Follow best practices, write high-quality code, and employ modern cloud architectures while writing new applications or modernizing existing applications.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Develop, test, and deploy modular accelerator code, where applicable, to streamline project implementation and enhance client value.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Integrate security, networking, and observability features into each component as specified by solution designs.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Apply flexible application logic and feature enhancements to base patterns from open-source or internal repositories.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Rapidly learn and apply new patterns and technologies to meet evolving solution requirements.</span><p><strong style="font-family:serif;"><em>Minimum Qualifications</em></strong><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud development or related technical roles.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• 3+ years’ experience working with AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with architects and other technical team members.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Associate-level AWS certification (Developer certification preferred)</span><p><strong style="font-family:serif;"><em>Desired Qualifications</em></strong><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• 4+ years of experience in cloud development or solution delivery.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Professional level AWS certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or specialty)</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Experience with infrastructure as code using at least one of: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Demonstrated ability to author Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Experience implementing automation in production environments using Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible, or cloud-native tools.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Familiarity with at least one virtualization technology, such as VMware, OpenStack, or OpenShift Virtualization.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Familiarity with enterprise AWS services such as Organizations, Control Tower, Transit Gateways, and Direct Connect.</span><p><span style="font-family:serif;">• Demonstrated success in deploying secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.</span><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.<p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $119600.00 - $179400.00/yr.<p>We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex,
