Role Description

RankWatch.inen is seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our software applications, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a strong understanding of Python, and is eager to learn and grow with us.

• Design, develop and maintain efficient and reliable software applications using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Write robust, reusable, and scalable code that follows industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
• Ensure application performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization
• Stay updated on new tools and technologies within the Python ecosystem and suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures
• Assist in defining project timelines and identifying potential roadblocks
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to maintain high code quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
• Proficient in Python and its libraries such as Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy, etc.
• In-depth understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality, maintainable code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
