Role Description

As a Backend Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing high-performance Microservices, integrating with 3rd-party platforms, billing and internal automation tools.

• Develop and maintain robust server-side product components using Python.
• Integrate with external systems and services through APIs, ensuring reliable data exchange and functionality.
• Design, organize, and manage data structures, pipelines, and storage solutions to support efficient processing and analytics.
• Participate in end-to-end development processes, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to architectural design and implementation, with a focus on microservices-based systems that are scalable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems and deliver innovative features that enhance our AdTech capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Hands-on familiarity with Cloud services for deployment, infrastructure, and scaling.
• Practical experience designing and working with microservices architectures.
• Extensive experience integrating and working with APIs (RESTful services, third-party integrations).
• Proven expertise in architectural design, system implementation, and software best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated learner with a genuine desire for continuous growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django (nice-to-have, but not required).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and related deployment practices (nice-to-have, but not required).
• Background or interest in data-heavy environments, AdTech, digital marketing, PPC, or CRO systems (nice-to-have, but not required).
