Role Description

Position provides analysis and technical expertise in an existing and emerging SAP environment. Performs a broad range of tasks which include:

• Research
• Analysis
• Design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Maintenance
• Support
• Training
• Implementation of information technology solutions in a regulated, global, single instance SAP ECC environment.

Essential duties include:

• Conducting research and recommending changes in an existing, changing, or emerging environment.
• Analyzing business/technical problems (Functional Specifications) and selecting, designing, or implementing information technology solutions in accordance with business needs.
• Communicating technical information to non-technical personnel effectively.
• Accepting personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility.
• Recognized as an expert within the company with diverse and varied understanding of design and development experience in several technical disciplines:
• Enterprise Services (Publish and Consume)
• HTTP Services
• IDOCs / BAPIs/ RFCs / Proxy
• Object Oriented Programming
• Reports (Lists & ALV)
• SAP Internet communication framework (SICF)
• SAP Scripts, SMART Forms, Adobe Forms
• Screen/Menu Painter
• User Exits
• Web Dynpro
• Workflow
• XML Mapping (Simple Transformations or XSLT)
• Working within an Agile methodology.
• Experience working within a regulated industry and adhering to GAMP V practices.
• Considering business needs while factoring industry best practices, out-of-the-box thinking while assuring scalability and supportable solutions.
• Working well with geographically diverse and dispersed business partners and ITS teams.
• Facilitating meetings within ITS.
• Consistently delivering quality solutions, on-time and within budget constraints.
• Sharing responsibility with team members for Critical Incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Must speak Fluent English
• 8+ years of experience with SAP
• Strong ABAP Development Skills
• Experience with SAP Integration Technologies
• Ability to write User and Functional Requirements, Functional Specifications, developing required test scenarios and scripts supporting GAMP V verification and validation methodologies
• Project Leadership and Agile Experience
