[Hiring] Principal Forward Deployed Engineer @MyWave.ai

Role Description

In this position, you will:

• Deploy agents with partners and transform the nature of work in SAP estates.
• Teach partners to do it themselves.

The MyWave Agentic Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a global team of forward deployed engineers. This role reports into the Agentic CoE and is a member of a growing virtual team.

You will be based in the central to east coast USA and cover the US and EMEA time zones.

Your partners are SAP SIs, GSIs, and resellers and their customers running SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Business One.

This is a hands-on role for someone who would rather sit with a partner and get an agent running on a real system than work behind a ticket queue.

  • Run the partner-ready checklist by screen share before enablement starts.
  • Deliver the technical training modules to partner consultants.

  • Deploy in RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP programmes.
  • Connect the surrounding estate through APIs, MCP, and A2A.
  • Stay close through first go-live and protect the reference.
• Technical presales support:
  • Support the Partner Director, Presales, and partner sales teams.
  • Scope pilots with partners.
• CoE contribution:
  • Build reusable assets for the CoE.
  • Feed what you learn in the field back to Product and Engineering.
  • Sanity-check each new MyWave Runtime and Desktop release.
  • Share US and EMEA patterns with CoE colleagues in other regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a technical consultant, solution architect, or integration lead on SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on with SAP integration and extension.
• Exposure to SAP Business AI, Joule, and Joule Studio.
• Understanding of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Comfortable with REST APIs and JSON, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML SSO.
• Able to reason about governance: roles, authorisations, policy boundaries, audit.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Clear written communication.
• Comfortable working in a virtual, multi-time-zone team.
• Based in the central to east coast USA with the right to work.

Bonus Points...

• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite or architecture).
• Hands-on work with LLM tooling.
• Experience inside a large SI's SAP practice or an SAP partner.
• Experience with SAP PartnerEdge and the SAP Store.
