Role Description

The Role: Pleno ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/PORTAL involves developing custom widgets, interactive pages, and reusable components for the Service Portal. Works autonomously on technical deliverables and integrations with ITSM processes.

• Create dynamic widgets with AngularJS (client/server).
• Integrate portal data with catalogs, workflows, and Key Knowledge Bases.
• Ensure responsiveness and accessibility.
• Optimize code for performance and security.

Qualifications

• English Advanced
• Proficient in creating and customizing widgets (AngularJS).
• Works with GlideForm, GlideAjax, events, REST, and catalogs.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, API integration, and version control (Git).
• Good practices in responsiveness, accessibility, and security.
