Role Description

We are seeking an experienced resource to join our Identity & Access Management practice and lead the design, build, and deployment of Ping Identity's Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) platform in support of government business partners.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Ping AIC (Advanced Identity Cloud) for government clients, including tenant configuration, journey/orchestration design, and integration with downstream applications.
• Design and configure authentication, authorization, and federation solutions using Ping's platform (Ping AIC, PingOne, PingProtect, PingVerify as applicable) to meet agency security and mission needs.
• Translate government compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-63, FedRAMP, FICAM, ICAM, Zero Trust Architecture) into functional identity solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) across legacy and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in identity governance, access management, and cloud-native IAM architectures.
• Ability to navigate compliance, security, and operational constraints unique to government environments.

Requirements

• Work directly with agency stakeholders and program leadership to translate mission requirements into scalable IAM architecture.
• Guide implementation from design through go-live and sustainment.
• Lead workshops with government business partners to gather requirements, document current/future state, and drive design decisions.
• Develop and maintain identity governance workflows: user lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access considerations.
• Guide junior consultants and engineers through implementation, code/config reviews, and knowledge transfer.
