[Hiring] PeopleSoft Developer @Kapital Data

Role Description

These developers will be supporting the following modules in Peoplesoft:

• WFA - Workforce Administration
• TAM - Talent Acquisition Management
• ePerformance

Participate in development activities for the PeopleSoft HCM ERP system, including, but not limited to:

• Workforce Administration
• Talent Acquisition Management
• ePerformance

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies.
• BI Publisher, Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of how system management actions affect other systems, system users, and dependent/related functions.
• Experience in data integration and the specification of data services.
• Interpersonal skills sufficient to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
• Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.
• At least 7+ years' experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x.
• Extensive work experience on at least 2 large-scale system implementation projects involving large numbers of users and multiple locations.

Requirements

• Advanced experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications – Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance modules.
• Deep experience and understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.
• Strong experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web development tools to improve Fluid UI components.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, Fluid pages, Integration Broker services, and custom reports across multiple modules.
• Strong Application Engine and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Fluid technology, Tile, Related content, Event mapping, and page field configurator.
• Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can support those needs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Proven experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills.
