Role Description

Resource must have a strong product understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and recruiting functionality. Must have prior experience in implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for US based clients.

• This resource should have good functional understanding of Recruiting business process and any gaps in Oracle product.
• Should be able to lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 and background check.
• This is a client facing role which requires strong verbal and written communication skills along with ability to work with off-shore team members.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
• Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments.
