Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer / Lead with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Advanced Collections (IEX), Telephony/CTI integration, and Oracle EBS integrations. The ideal candidate must have experience implementing Telephony/CTI functionality within Oracle EBS, including:

• Advanced Collections
• Collector Workbench
• Click-to-dial
• Call logging
• Account/collector number assignments

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Implement and support Oracle EBS Advanced Collections (IEX) Telephony/CTI integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot collector calling, click-to-dial, call logging, and Collector Workbench functionality.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with telephony platforms, external applications, and enterprise systems.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, FTP/SFTP, and related technologies.
• Support Oracle EBS interfaces, workflows, customizations, and integration enhancements.
• Perform integration monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Work with business, application, infrastructure, and telephony teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, migration, production support, and issue resolution.
• Follow Oracle integration, security, development, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle integration/middleware experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing Telephony/CTI in Oracle EBS, versions 10 through R12.2.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience collecting and logging customer interactions within Advanced Collections.
• Experience configuring integration profiles for Telephony/CTI setup.
• Experience with assignment of telephone numbers to individual accounts/collections.
• Hands-on experience with Collector Workbench and click-to-dial functionality.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external applications and telephony platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, JSON, FTP/SFTP.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS R12 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, integration monitoring, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and OCI.
• Experience with Contact Center / Telephony / CTI platforms.
• Experience in integration architecture and solution design.
• Knowledge of Oracle security and access management.
• Experience leading enterprise integration initiatives.
