[Hiring] Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Technical Lead Consultant @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) RICEF Technical Lead Consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS RICEF changes – PL/SQL, OAF, and APEX. The position will primarily be responsible for supporting application upgrades Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate must be able to perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including:

• Technical design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Deployment

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving upgrade issues
• Developing customizations using PLSQL
• Supporting product service requests
• Developing robust scripts to validate RICEF
• Noting lessons learnt
• Sharing domain knowledge with teammates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
• Experience in EBS R12 RICEF technical, Oracle application framework, and Oracle workflow.
• Strong understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, and remediating change impact to forms, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Requirements

• Location for this position is anywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of EBS modules to support upgrade.
• Support functional testing and defect fixes.
• Demonstrated experience in OAF, AME Rules, BI Publisher Reports, and APEX.
• Work with Oracle to resolve any patch issues.
• Experience in fine-tuning jobs that deteriorate in performance upgrades.
• Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work closely with business users and techno-functional team.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

• In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / VA / WA: $94,000 to $131,600
• In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
