Role Description

A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for managing mid-to-large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud data integration development. As a Lead Data Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Implementing and configuring data integration processes using various tools.
• Developing and maintaining ETL processes for data integration.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues.
• Performing data mapping, validation, and unit testing.
• Conducting training sessions and providing documentation to clients.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Continuously monitoring the performance of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years of consulting experience or in a related field.
• Enterprise Data Management (EDM) experience is highly preferred.
• Experience leading 8 – 10 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.
• Experience leading functional and technical design sessions.
• Strong experience in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant technologies and systems.

Requirements

• Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Data Integration Implementation Certified Professional – preferred.
• Other Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Implementation Specialist Certifications – desired.
