Role Description

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud-native applications using AWS and .NET technologies in an international environment.

Location: Wrocław, PL (remote)

Budget: 100 -120 PLN p/h B2B (B2B)

• Should have exceptional verbal and communication qualities and be able to present and communicate technical designs and solutions to peers.
• Should interact clearly with clients and the on-shore and off-shore project teams.
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on industry best practices.
• Develops base components, reusable frameworks/components, and POCs to accelerate development on projects.
• Works with/helps other team members to resolve technical issues.
• Supports the module in production, resolves hot issues, and implements and deploys enhancements to the application/package.
• Experience in using the set of tools needed for the development, testing, release, and monitoring of the application.
• Experience in developing full-stack applications using AWS managed services (like AWS Lambda, EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, etc.).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong development skills in .NET Framework and .NET Core, alongside recent Angular versions.
• Should have excellent acumen in Data Structures, Algorithms, problem-solving, and logical/analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of OOP concepts, design principles, and implementation of different types of design patterns.
• Good understanding of application architecture patterns, integration patterns, deployment patterns, data storage, and processing patterns.
• Sound understanding of concepts like exception handling, serialization/deserialization, immutability, etc.
• Good fundamental knowledge in enums, collections, annotations, generics, autoboxing, etc.
• Good understanding of .NET resource management, including garbage collection concepts.
• Strong experience in RDBMS (Aurora) and NoSQL databases.
• Skilled in database programming (stored procedures, triggers, functions) and a good understanding of ADO.NET/ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks around managing cross-cutting concerns like logging, Dependency Injection (DI), and configuration management.
• Experience in developing cloud applications using PaaS, SaaS, or IaaS options.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects.
• Must have experience in AJAX, jQuery, and at least one JavaScript framework.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using MSTest and mocking frameworks.
