Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to design, govern, and implement enterprise integration solutions across complex business landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in API-led architecture, middleware platforms, cloud integration, microservices, and enterprise application integration patterns, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Integration Architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-wide integration solutions.
• Experience in API-led architecture and middleware technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud integration and hybrid architectures.
• Experience leading large-scale integration and modernization programs.
• Knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, and API governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Define enterprise integration strategies, standards, and architectural roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop end-to-end integration architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Create architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Design and govern API-led connectivity strategies.
• Define API standards, security policies, lifecycle management, and best practices.
• Enable microservices-based architectures and event-driven integration approaches.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integration services.
• Architect integrations across ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous integrations using messaging and event streaming technologies.
• Drive application modernization and system interoperability initiatives.
• Support integration requirements across multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid integration solutions.
• Establish secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments.
• Implement cloud integration strategies involving Azure, AWS, and GCP services.
• Support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and project managers.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to implementation teams.
