Role Description

HESFP LLC, a Cherokee Federal owned company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess multiple MuleSoft certifications, including:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect

MuleSoft Architect Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop software/system architectures for complex enterprise applications using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
• Lead the architectural design of MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on system design and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Develop strategies for system scalability, performance optimization, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Stay current with MuleSoft updates and best practices, and ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including deployment, configuration, and testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices and methodologies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 10 years of general work experience.
• Certifications in MuleSoft technologies as outlined above.
• Over 5 years of experience in integration architecture and development.
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager.
• Deployment of MuleSoft and standing up new MuleSoft orgs is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and API management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance integration solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in software/system architecture design and development.
• Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Requirements

• Active Interim Secret clearance or higher or the ability to obtain and maintain an active Interim Secret clearance.
• Documentation proving U.S. citizenship.

Benefits

• Estimated Starting Salary Range: $140-170k (Pay commensurate with experience).
