[Hiring] Middle Mobile Engineer @Avenga

Role Description

We are looking for a Middle Mobile Engineer (SSR Android/iOS) to join our agile squads. The most exciting part of this position is that, in addition to bringing expertise in your primary technology, you will have the opportunity to undergo Cross-Skilling, training in the complementary platform alongside our technical leads.

You will collaborate on high-impact projects that affect the financial lives of millions of people, while researching and proposing the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to add value to the development workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in native mobile development:
• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM
• Enthusiasm for learning the opposite platform with team mentorship
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Git, and agile methodologies
• Genuine interest in integrating AI into development processes
• Based in Argentina, with priority for candidates in Buenos Aires or Córdoba for optional in-person gatherings
• English level: Pre-intermediate

Requirements

• Experience with Navigation Component (Deep Links, Safe Args, back stack management)
• Experience with Gradle (KTS) and dependency management
• Familiarity with application modularization
• Experience using Firebase Crashlytics or similar monitoring/logging tools
• Experience working with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, etc.)
• Exposure to Prompt Engineering techniques for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and Android/iOS best practices
