[Hiring] Mid Level .NET Developer @CI&T

Role Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development and evolution of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.

• Build backend services and APIs using .NET and Azure technologies.
• Collaborate on cloud-native applications.
• Contribute to distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Work alongside other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Apply engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in backend software development using C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core APIs and a good understanding of microservices.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns, particularly Service Bus.
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of automated testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration concepts, including Kubernetes or Service Fabric.
• Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Knowledge of software design principles, clean code, and maintainable architecture.
• Aware of secure coding practices and software compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers.
• Advanced English level (speaking).

Requirements

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and practices.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event sourcing.
• Experience designing or supporting event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to high-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with contract testing and automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Application Insights, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly PCI DSS.
