[Hiring] Mid Frontend React Engineer @Encora

Role Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using React.
• Build reusable UI components and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend code.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams on service contracts.
• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across browsers and devices.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure frontend solutions follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and component-based UI development.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance best practices.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic familiarity with Linux command-line environments.
• Experience working in Agile development environments using tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with modern React patterns, state management, and frontend architecture.
• Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and frontend quality practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments.
• Basic understanding of AWS services such as ECS and DynamoDB.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data concepts.
