Role Description
リーダー募集｜大手企業向け業務システム開発PJ（ITエンジニア）
大手企業向け業務システムにおいて、新機能追加および運用改善を推進するエンジニアリーダーを募集します。既存システムをベースに、機能追加に伴う設計・開発・テスト・リリース対応から、CI/CD構築やテスト自動化などの運用改善まで幅広く担当いただきます。また、顧客との要件調整やベンダーコントロールなど上流工程・マネジメント業務もお任せします。PJを主体的にリードし、裁量を持って動きたいエンジニアの方におすすめの案件です。
- 顧客折衝、要件調整
- ベンダーコントロール
- 基本設計書の作成
- 業務システムの機能追加／改修
- データ作成およびデータ反映対応
- CI/CD環境の構築、運用改善
- テスト仕様書作成、テスト実施
- テスト自動化対応
- リリース手順書作成、リリース対応
Qualifications
- ITエンジニアとしての実務経験
- リーダーまたはサブリーダー経験
- 顧客折衝、ベンダーコントロール経験
- 基本設計書／テスト仕様書などのドキュメント作成経験
- Javaによる開発または改修経験
- JavaScript／Pythonなどスクリプト言語の業務使用経験
- SQL（データ操作レベル）、Linuxコマンドの基本操作
Requirements
- 出社：フルリモート
- 勤務地：浜松町（拠点）
- 精算幅：140h～180h
- 面談回数：1回
