Role Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and system monitoring.
• Manage and optimize SQL and DB2 database environments, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs.
• Participate in system design reviews, testing workshops, and technical planning sessions.
• Lead efforts in identifying and resolving infrastructure defects and performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• 5+ Years of experience with SQL and DB2 database environments.
• 4+ Years of Windows Server architecture and administration.

• The starting pay range for this remote role is $63,216.00-$94,550.
• This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
• Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
