Role Description

As a Lead Software Engineer in Lebanon, you will play a key role on our client engagements. This includes:

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering product-centric software solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms.
• Strong full-stack knowledge.
• Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization.
• AI-driven development.
• Managing direct reports.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools.
• Experience with Cloud deployment and management.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• AI Driven Development: Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate coding, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver high-quality software.
• Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications using programming languages like React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases ensuring data integrity, availability, and consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Architecture: Architect solutions that are modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable, aligned with industry best practices.
• Code Reviews: Lead code review sessions and mentor engineers to elevate their technical skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and drive the adoption of new techniques.
