Role Description

This unit drives the strategic development and technical delivery of next-generation AI and GenAI technologies across the bank's global and regional compliance operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Expert-level Power Apps development experience.
• Expert-level Dataverse implementation experience.
• Expert-level Power Automate workflow implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale business applications.
• Experience defining solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Experience implementing Power Platform security and access models.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and external APIs.
• Experience leading data migration initiatives.
• Experience establishing ALM practices.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with Snowflake integration.
• Experience with Power BI architecture and reporting.
• Experience with C#, .NET or PCF development.
• Financial services, compliance or risk management experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Power Platform solutions.
• Own Power Platform architecture and technical design decisions.
• Lead design and implementation of Power Apps applications.
• Lead Power Automate workflow and process automation implementation.
• Support Dataverse data model design and governance.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines and best practices.
• Manage technical dependencies across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Design integrations with SharePoint, APIs and enterprise data platforms.
• Establish ALM, source control, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Conduct technical reviews and approve solution designs.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
• Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements.
• Support HLD creation and architecture governance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.
• Support production deployment, cutover and hypercare activities.
