[Hiring] Lead Consultant - SAP ABAP HANA @Yash Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP S/4HANA Lead Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development for SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have healthcare industry experience and a proven track record in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to lead teams and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP S/4HANA development activities across implementation and support engagements.
• Design and develop enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows.
• Build and optimize CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, BADI, Enhancements, and SAP Fiori integrations.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and development standards.
• Manage L2/L3 support activities and resolve complex production issues.
• Drive performance tuning and system optimization initiatives.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience with strong S/4HANA exposure.
• Hands-on expertise in ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData Services, RAP, BTP integration, and Fiori developments.
• Experience with Interfaces including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Workflow.
• Experience in HANA optimization, SQL performance tuning, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of SAP security, authorization concepts, and transport management.
• Healthcare Industry Experience.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, hospitals, medical devices, or healthcare provider organizations.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, patient data processes, and operational reporting requirements.

Leadership & Communication

• Lead project teams and coordinate development activities across multiple workstreams.
• Manage customer expectations and engage directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA ABAP Certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and SAP BTP is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies and DevOps practices.
