[Hiring] Junior Java Production Support Engineer @SynergisticIT

Role Description

Since 2010, SynergisticIT has helped job seekers differentiate themselves by providing candidates the requisite skills and experience to outperform at interviews and clients. We focus on making careers, not just getting jobs.

Entry-level job seekers often struggle to get responses to their applications and may be ghosted after interviews. In such scenarios, job seekers need to:

• Differentiate themselves by obtaining exceptional skills and technologies.
• Be prepared to wear multiple roles at a client, as clients want to expand roles and responsibilities assigned to a particular job to save costs.

All positions are open for all visas and US citizens. We are matchmakers, providing clients with candidates who can perform from day one. In this challenging economy, every client wants to save money and get the best value for their investment.

Job seekers need to self-evaluate if they have the requisite skills to meet client requirements. Clients can now hire remote workers, increasing competition for job seekers.

We have an excellent reputation with clients and are currently looking for:

• Entry-level software programmers
