[Hiring] Junior GenAI Developer @Miratech

Role Description

We are seeking a Junior GenAI Developer to support the design, development, and operation of production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), internal knowledge platforms, and AI-driven automation use cases. This is not a prompt-writing role; it is a hands-on engineering position focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement core RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and response generation.
• Develop Python-based services and APIs that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Assist in building agent-based workflows with tool/function calling.
• Work with vector databases and hybrid search mechanisms.
• Participate in debugging hallucinations, retrieval failures, and quality issues.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to move GenAI POCs into production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Python programming and backend development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend service development.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, tokens, context windows, and hallucination.
• Foundational knowledge of embeddings and vector search.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices.
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Requirements

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks (Nice To Have).
• Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs (Nice To Have).
• Experience with OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS (Nice To Have).
• Understanding of RAG evaluation metrics such as faithfulness and relevance (Nice To Have).
• Awareness of prompt injection risks and basic security practices (Nice To Have).
