Role Description

As a JD Edwards Technical Support Consultant CNC, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and supporting the JD Edwards technical foundation.

• Provide day-to-day support to end-users, Application Programmers, and Business Analysts
• Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting, maintenance, system automation, and performance optimization
• Most of the work will be done remotely

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (or higher) degree in a technical field preferred
• 5+ years of consulting experience, including technical support, technical upgrades, migrations, and implementations
• 1+ years experience with JD Edwards application software through E1 9.x
• 5+ years of Technical JDE CNC consulting
• 3+ years of JD Edwards application software
• 1+ years of structured query language (SQL)
• 4+ years of System Administration with JD Edwards E1

Requirements

• The ability to work as an effective team member in support of the organization's goals
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Available for minimal travel to client location, 90% of work is remote
