[Hiring] Java Developer II @Terex Corporation

Role Description

Soft-Pak, a San Diego company is looking for Java Developer II to work with our development team on a wide range of products, including Android and Web Based Development, front and back end. In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS technologies, IBM I-Series, databases, and SDLC, OOPS, JavaScript, J2EE, SQL, Android Studio, Apache Tomcat, and Eclipse. Excellent team player with good attitude, strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
• Testing and evaluating new programs.
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.
• Determining operational practicality.
• Developing quality assurance procedures.
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
• Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience using Java and related languages and qualities of Java Developer I.
• 1 year experience with Android preferred.
• United States work authorization is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS technologies, IBM I-Series, databases, and SDLC, OOPS, JavaScript, J2EE, SQL, Android Studio, Apache Tomcat, and Eclipse.
• Excellent team player with good attitude, strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
