[Hiring] Intermediate Frontend Software Developer @Agility PR Solutions

Role Description

As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for the development of web applications using Angular as the frontend framework. Our teams use an Agile Software development process to deliver software to our SaaS applications. The work we do is diverse, challenging, and rewarding. This position will facilitate the design and implementation of features for a media monitoring and outreach platform.

• Build web applications written in Angular, using RxJS-heavy reactive patterns to manage complex, data-rich user interfaces.
• Work on an in-house design system, evolving a shared component library across products.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand problems and validate proposed solutions.
• Document work and report progress to the Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, or computer related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the field with CSS, HTML, and Angular/Typescript (experience with React or similar frameworks will be considered).
• Hands-on experience for a variety of platforms including web, smartphones, tablets, and various web browsers.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Java and Nest.js is an asset (but not required).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience with code-review, continuous integration, and mocking.
• Participate in maintaining production code over time by applying upgrades and bug fixes.
• Ensure code maintainability and best coding practices by participating in code reviews.
• Reviewing and implementing designs from prototype to production while ensuring code maintainability and applying software engineering practices including unit testing, source control, static code analysis, and continuous integration.

• Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the range of $75,000 - 110,000 annually.
