[Hiring] IntelliMatch Developer @VARITE

Role Description

The IntelliMatch Developer will support project delivery by contributing to requirements analysis, solution design, system setup and development activities within IntelliMatch (DIM). The role includes:

• Creating custom store procedures and implementing code changes to meet project requirements.
• Supporting testing and go-live activities.
• Contributing to backlog refinement and delivery planning in collaboration with project managers and product owners.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze project requirements and existing IntelliMatch reconciliations to support solution design aligned with current processes.
• Configure and develop IntelliMatch components, including reconciliations and related enhancements.
• Develop and maintain MSSQL stored procedures and support required code changes.
• Follow best practices and technical standards for software development and system implementation.
• Provide input and recommendations on technical solutions and tools in line with existing architecture and standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical guidelines, and BAU support instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or software engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IntelliMatch (DIM) development, configuration or consulting.
• Proficiency with IntelliMatch (DIM) and MS SQL.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
