Role Description

The Integrations Developer II is a primary support contact and expert of enterprise system interoperability. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting organizational enterprise system interoperability. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing solutions using multiple development tools and programming languages to meet project requirements.
• Working independently and prioritizing workload with minimal guidance from the immediate manager.
• Supporting projects by building interfaces using advanced knowledge of integration and system protocols.
• Coordinating all issues that arise during projects for their area.
• Analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of clinical or business operations to maximize interoperability utilization.
• Working with clients to determine project needs, develop interoperability proposals, and recommend opportunities for technological and workflow improvement.
• Functioning as the primary contact to support the integration implementation of new projects and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting problems and questions from end-users during go live and post go live periods.

Successful candidates enjoy helping other users identify how technology can support business needs and assist with adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare and/or technology strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' of interoperability experience required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.
• Familiarity and/or certification in Epic Bridges and Interconnect preferred.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, SQL, FTP, SFTP required.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, Unix preferred.
• Integration engine experience required.
