[Hiring] Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Lead @Goodwall

Role Description

As our Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead, you will lead cloud architecture, systems reliability, CI/CD automation, and corporate security posture. You will ensure scalable, high-performing cloud infrastructure while safeguarding organizational assets through proactive security management, compliance, and incident response.

What You Will Do

• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
  • Execute vulnerability scanning and security hardening.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Cloud Strategy & Management (AWS / GCP / Docker):
  • Architect, implement, and maintain servers.
  • Oversee logging, auditing, alerting, resource monitoring, domain/DNS zones, disaster recovery, and incident response.
  • Drive IaC with Terraform, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.
• CI/CD Pipelines & Automation:
  • Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment pipelines while strictly enforcing secrets management.
• Software & System Integration:
  • Oversee software dependency updates, infrastructure-to-backend integrations, and ETL data pipeline operations.
• Operations & Governance:
  • Lead infrastructure budget forecasting and account billing.
  • Establish and enforce IT/Security policies across the organization.

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, Terraform
• Virtualization & OS: Docker, Linux
• Networking & Security: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS
• Databases & Search: MySQL
• Programming & Scripting: Bash, Python, JavaScript

Nice to Have

• Cloud & DevOps: GitLab CI/CD
• Networking & Security: AI for automation & security; familiarity with NIST, SOC 2 frameworks
• Databases & Search: Redis / Valkey, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
• Programming & Scripting: Node.js, Elixir, Go
