Role Description

As an Infra. Technology Specialist, you will make an impact by implementing and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructures.

This role requires domain experience in Membership (HC-Payer) and proficiency in English. The position offers a hybrid work model with no travel requirements.

• Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Autonomous DB Cloud to enhance database efficiency and security.
• Manage Linux environments to support seamless integration with Oracle technologies.
• Utilize Exadata DMA skills to optimize data management and storage solutions.
• Implement Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data integration and replication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Membership (HC-Payer) domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to support business growth.
• Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Autonomous DB Cloud.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and their integration with Oracle solutions.
• Have extensive experience with Exadata DMA for efficient data management.
• Show expertise in Oracle Golden Gate for seamless data replication.
• Exhibit domain knowledge in Membership (HC-Payer) to align technology with business needs.
• Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken to collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• 8 to 9 years of experience in relevant fields.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
