[Hiring] Infor LN Application Developer @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys is seeking an Infor LN Application Developer with exposure to handling ERP LN tools and Infor OS (previously known as Xi). The selected candidate will:

• Address user issues and resolve technical problems
• Manage support tickets
• Develop customizations using Infor ERPLN tools
• Handle product service requests
• Perform necessary configuration updates
• Collaborate with customer process consultants and SMEs
• Conduct root cause analyses when needed
• Drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• 3+ years of experience with Infor LN application development and support
• 2 years of experience in the latest version of Infor ERPLN (On-prem)
• Proven experience in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

Requirements

• Knowledge and handling customization requests in Infor ERPLN like User Exits, DLLs, Extensions, AFS, Wrappers & DAL2s
• Experience in Infor ERPLN upgrades, preferably to the latest version of LN studio
• Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, and ability to recommend solutions to complex issues
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes
• Working knowledge on ION Platform, BI would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers
