Role Description

At Foundation AI, as an Implementation Developer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new customers and the successful implementation of our product - Extract Filer.

• Collaborate closely with the implementation team, project managers, and clients to understand customer requirements and configure the system to meet their needs.
• Contribute to the success of customer implementations, driving satisfaction and ensuring the seamless adoption of our product.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding New Customers: Work with the Project Managers to understand customer requirements, business processes, and configure the software accordingly for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Python Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality.
• PostgreSQL: Utilize PostgreSQL SQL to design, develop, and optimize database queries, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation while maintaining data integrity.
• Customer Change Requests: Address and implement customer change requests, analyze the impact of changes, propose solutions, and work closely with customers.
• Jira: Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track and manage tasks, issues, and project workflows.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the implementation team, project managers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during the implementation process and provide timely support to customers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, customizations, and technical processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience as a Python Developer, demonstrating proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, requests, selenium, beautiful-soup, etc.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS services like S3, EFS, SES, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in configurations and customizations.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
• Dependable, motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
