[Hiring] Full-stack Senior Software Engineer @EverCommerce

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to focus on our EverHealth products. EverHealth is a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable. Our platform has been used by thousands of physicians who have provided care to millions of patients. Our products can be tailored to medical practices—small, large, or specialty—and are open to third-party innovation via APIs. Our philosophy “more time with patients, less time doing paperwork” drives constant innovation throughout the company.

• Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software
• Code, test and deploy software
• Assist team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug-free platforms
• Review pull requests
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement, and retros
• Expand and maintain unit test coverage

Qualifications

• 4-6 years working with:
• Python/Django - expertise required
• JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks (React experience preferred)
• OOP
• Rest API/GraphQL experience (Apollo)
• Version control systems (Github)
• Work Management and Documentation using Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
• ORM frameworks (SqlAlchemy)
• Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
• Caching technologies like Redis
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-level software
• Multi-threaded applications
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability (New Relic/Sentry)
• 1-2 years working with:
• AI/ML
• General understanding of:
• ANSI HIPAA transactions (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.)
• Health Information Technology (HIT)
• U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards

Compensation

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
