Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Web Developer to join our software development team. This is a hands-on development role involving both new development and the maintenance and enhancement of established applications. You will work on business-critical systems used in the exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events industry, including:

• Exhibition and Event Management Systems
• Online Registration and RSVP Systems
• Business Matchmaking and Meeting Systems
• Exhibitor, buyer, and attendee portals
• On-site event management solutions
• Payment, messaging, and other third-party integrations

Our core technology stack includes ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server. You will work with detailed business logic, high-volume databases, and systems that need to perform reliably during large-scale live events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' commercial web development experience
• Strong ASP.NET Web Forms experience
• Strong experience with VB.NET and/or C#
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of T-SQL
• Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, relevant IT diploma, or equivalent proven commercial development experience

Requirements

• Experience with complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, data troubleshooting, and query optimisation
• Experience with full-stack web development
• Experience debugging and supporting production web applications
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
