Role Description

Work remotely from Latin America on steady Medicare systems with clear scope and low chaos.

What You'll Do

• Maintain .NET apps across legacy and newer systems
• Fix SQL Server bottlenecks and backend performance issues
• Build and improve REST APIs
• Support Medicare and claims workflows
• Ship steady weekly updates with clear ownership
• Debug backend issues across mixed environments
• Help integrate newly acquired systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years .NET development (C# or VB.NET)
• 3+ years JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong SQL Server experience
• Lives in Latin America
• Fluent English; clear during calls and standups
• EST weekday responsiveness required
• 1+ year supporting long-term projects
• Comfortable working inside legacy codebases

Requirements

• Java experience (nice-to-have)
• Healthcare or Medicare claims systems experience (nice-to-have)
• AI-assisted coding workflows (Claude, Copilot, similar) (nice-to-have)
• API integration experience (nice-to-have)

Benefits
