[Hiring] Full Stack Java Developer @Nexiva

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both backend (Java-based technologies) and frontend frameworks, along with a solid understanding of modern development practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java and related technologies
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8 or above) and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito
• Exposure to API gateways and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT)

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
